David Nolan has the experience of residential design and AutoCAD drafting in South and Central Florida since 1988. We have worked with architects, engineers, developers, contractors/builders, decorators, and individual homeowners. Our experience includes working with renovations and additions from all sizes, spec and custom homes of all sizes, duplexes, and townhomes.

David P. Nolan, Inc is solely a design and drafting service, and in no way is attempting to imply that it is an architectural or engineering firm. All plans are done in strict compliance with F.S. 481.229 (exceptions from licensure). Each project is supervised, reviewed, approved, and signed and sealed for permitting and construction by a Florida licensed structural engineer.
